Feedback that changes the next conversation.

Close the loop. Stay close.

Most tools collect what your customers said and file it. CloseCX turns it into a better process, teaches your team to run it, and makes sure the next person who gets in touch meets the improved version.

How the loop runs

Catch feedback at the touchpoint. Reshape Journey, Knowledge, and Academy. Then act — a trained bot, or a trained human.

The products

Each one is a module. Cases is the ticketing tray. Calling is voice. Neither is the whole product.

Questions

Is CloseCX a helpdesk?

No. Cases are a light hand-off — who owns it, what the customer said, what happens next. CloseCX exists to change the process so fewer things need handing off at all. It is not Zendesk.

Do I need the bot?

No. Every path works with people and no bot at all. The bot is an add-on for the steps that repeat, and when it can't finish it opens a Case rather than leaving a customer stuck.

Is this only for warehousing?

No. Warehouse is one customer, not the brand. The loop is the same anywhere customers talk to your team. Retail, services, operations, healthcare. The path changes; the loop doesn't.

What's live today, and what's later?

The screens and the loop are being built on your workspace. Calling is early: the path and the scoring, not carriers, numbers or recording. Bot is an add-on. Carriers, payments, and CRM send-out stay later. We do not fake a percentage while we wait.

Close the loop. Stay close.

Two things, and they're the same thing. Close the loop means what a customer tells you actually changes what happens next. Stay close means they feel it — from a person who knows the path, or a bot trained on the same one.
